Really glad to see I dropped another pound the last 5 days, from 190 to 189.I feel good and have been able to eat according to my plan. Did indulge today in some chocolate lava, but still stayed under 1200 calories. Will continue to try to eat more protein, less carbs - that is a challenge.

Based on a BMI reading and weight loss goal I found on WebMD, I should be aiming for 1200 calories/ day and burning off about 170 of those calories in order to lose 1.5 to 2.0 lbs per week.
I do not know why FS says my target calaroies are 1700/day - it sounds very high and I am going to stick with my 1200 as I am doing pretty well sticking with in - someday I even eat only 1000/day.
Does anyone else think the RDI's are high here? thanks
