5 Days in with IF 16/8. Loss expected with 1.5K daily Low Carb...Trying to Up protein. Weekly SBD routine with afternoon walk with doggy. Felt tired Wednesday with deadlift. Felt better Friday with overhead. Let's see if strength gains go away with IF workouts.
219.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
