I figured i had to share this because i know i am not the only one struggling in this journey.
I myself had already lost 60 lbs and gained half of it back because of “life happening” so now in order to keep going, i have to remind myself over and over again that i can lose that 30 lbs again and some more and finally reach my goal weight. We all got this TOGETHER 💪☺️

I agree, Even though sometimes we think that we make a mistake that we are far gone and we can never recover. The Good news is that we can actually keep pressign forward with ourselves and keep trying!
