Well I have been doing the 16/8 intermittent fasting for 5 days and I 6 lbs in 5 days. As I have experienced in the past I know I will lose good the first couple of weeks on any diet I do, and I don't expect this to be like this every week but I am excited anyway for being down 6 pounds!

If anyone is interested in Bible scriptures to speak/pray over in your weight loss journey I can share a few that are helping me. Just let me know you are interested.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
