I didn’t get to exercise this weekend because we stayed so busy moving my mother n law. She lived on the 2nd floor so I bet I made 50 trips up and down stairs Saturday and several more yesterday to help her clean. I did over 12,000 steps Saturday and over 10,000 yesterday and cooked them dinner the last 2 nights. I’m exhausted but have to help hubby today. Plus straighten up before inspected comes to house this afternoon. My legs and back are sore. Hoping to try and get some exercise in this evening. Just glad she’s finally moved!
