Up early for a work class, then heading to work in the ER from 1-9 pm. Jumping on my little trampoline and lifting weights is how I start my days! How are you achieving your goals today? Happy February FS!!

I am back on plan and am going to get back to decluttering today.

I walk 2.5 miles a day and keep my calories between 1,400-1,800 calories a day.

Good morning! I’m not able to get any exercise in today because of work. But I promised myself I will get some time at the gym tomorrow morning….. a nice run with a little bit of lifting. 👍😅

I have been swimming laps 5 days a week at our local Y for the past 5 weeks and have shifted my eating towards a much more healthy meal plan of less than 2000 cal per day. I have a very long journey ahead!
