Today was my third day of P90X and I had to do Yoga. I have always wanted to try Yoga so I was excited. I was in for a shock because it was harder then I imagine. I thought it would be stretching and calmness. It was supper hard. I stopped 45 min into it and went for a run in the park across the street so I could burn my 500 cal a day. I think I may purchase a beginners Yoga dvd. On a good note I did loose .4 pounds even though I am carrying some fluid due to my cycle.
