28th day of carnivore and 2nd day of "IF" I am eating better, and very little carbs, I want to see if this is why I was stalled on weight loss eating over 20 carbs a day. The "IF" will also help I am not fully there yet on IF because I want to know if the weight is because the carbs were over 20.
