Going to play Pickleball this morning. I've decided to only have coffee w/creamer <----empty calories! Every other day or so. Those empty calories from the creamer are a waste. I just don't like the flavor of regular coffee, gotta have the vanilla or Irish cream. I do buy the sugar/fat free, but still adds up in calories. Have a great weekend.
