Oops really low on the calories. Did not think I would be that low. I think I am going to have to eat something along with my morning shake. Eggs, a piece of whole grain toast with honey, or something. The shake is normally just under 250 calories. I am sure I could up that a bit. So nervous about Sunday. Let the bloody scale MOVE!

Maybe making your shake with 2% milk (adds 122 cals). One large egg has about 75 cals. If you like peanut butter, it is calorie dense (about 100 cals a tbsp) and makes a great addition to the shake or on a slice of toast. Have a look at my diet calendar for ideas if you like. Sending lighter vibes your way! :)
