I weigh in in the morning. I feel like ive done good this week. I lowerd my calorie intake to 1300. Im looking to loose 2lbs a week. I did 2 10 min walks again today without the walker and did great! All in all ive lost around 9lbs so far but I can feel the difference already! Im so stoked to have found this web site! It helps me to be accountable for everything I put in my mouth. thank you to all my buddys and a special thank you to my sister for doing this with me! LOVE YOU!
