I've not dedicated myself to the challenge as much as I thought I would, but the weight is coming back down, albeit slowly. I do need to really step up the dieting and exercise, and get out of the 230s
231.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 July 2011:
1333 kcal Fat: 49.41g | Prot: 82.53g | Carb: 139.62g.   Breakfast: strawberry water, wylers light singles to go, diet coke by the ounce, blue diamond whole almonds natural, dannon activia strawberry. Lunch: diet coke by the ounce, Grilled Chicken Breast with rib meat Strips. Dinner: diet coke, Mcdonalds chicken nuggets, milk, egg, bread. Snacks/Other: peanut m&m, mint ice cream sandwiches, Starlite Mints. more...
