Finally got my body back into ketosis. I felt miserable all last week trying to make the transition. I shouldn't have thought it was okay to add peanut butter back into my diet. That peanut butter threw me out of ketosis and set me back by 2 weeks. I've lost 3 lbs in three weeks. That's really pitiful considering I was losing 2-5 per week. Well, I've definitely learned from the setback. 46 more pounds to go. I'm actually past the halfway point. :)
