Mid-morning macro boosting snack. Avocado toast topped with Julienne Dried Tomatoes. Fruit and protein shake to finish it off.

The avocado toast was recommended by my nutritionist. First time trying it but rather enjoyed it a lot.

@blessed0989 - I didn’t add any seasoning. It was very good just leaving it plain however, I might try adding some pepper and cilantro next time. For convenience, I did use prepackaged smashed avocado so not sure if that makes any difference.

I love avocado toast!! I put just a little salt on mine when I make it.

So glad you posted this. Reminded me we have avocado to use up. blessed -- fear not! avocado toast is lovely, simple stuff. I usually just salt mine or spread a little miso on the toast

@justbananas - nope, but I will be having one tonight with my nightly snack. I love bananas but they destroy my carb numbers.
