im so upset with myself. its one thing to think you are eating better. then to put it all down calories and all is a rude awakening!!!! I need to get it togehter.. the exercise journal is quite frustrating as well... uggh!! Calgon take me away.. far far away!! ; )

Hi Gigi! Thanks for adding me a buddy on here. I did not realize that we could see each other's food diaries and activites. You are doing great and should definately keep it up. I'm trying to get ready for my sister's wedding in March and I have procrastinated long enough. I have not been absolutely great at keeping my food diary but I will try to do better. I have lost 5 pounds this week though! Yea! I wanted to give you two hints from what I saw on your food diary. 1- At McDonald's, try the sugar free flavors for the coffee. I hate sugar free stuff but I will testify that their sugar free vanilla is great and it is only 90 calories for a medium. 2- On the chips, try the baked chips. I just tried the baked doritoes last night and they are pretty good and only 120 calories for 15 chips. Anyway, I hope the tips help and if you can see any for me at all or have great food ideas, please please please send them my way!!
