What the heck is happening??? I have done really good the last couple days and still I'm gaining..I'm so frustrated but gonna keep going...
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! I spoke to my nutritionist today and we are mixing things up a bit to counteract the gain. She thinks stress and to little carbs and fat are part of it. I do watch carb intake and I've been around 50 grams or below lately. She wants me between 80 and 100. I haven't been sleeping well either. Waking up at around 1am and I toss and turn till I finally get up around 5. Also she wants me to stay off the scale a few days.

Also, seems really simple, but make sure you’re drinking enough water!

132.2 is really good Diana!!! You could just have sodium weight, you are doing awesome!!!!!....I will be estastic one day to get to the 150's and eventually 145!!

there are more than one way to scale if we don't reward ourselves by procedurally doing the right things then it is easier to slip down the loop that you were trying to avoid in the first place so if you were trying to balance yourself as a balancing act it's not if you fall down or if you skin your knee what counts is if you get back up
