Weekend vacation with my sisters = more bottles of wine than I could count = 3 lb weight gain. :(
Hoping a lot is water retention since I was so bad about drinking water all weekend. I did get my butt kicked at a high impact aerobics class on Saturday, do more walking than usual, and play with the kids in the pool. And aside from the grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and pizza for dinner one night, I actually did try to stick to my low fat goal. I didn't record my food which is where I could have saved myself, but really would have screwed up my records no knowing how much wine we drank every night. Oh, wait, then there were nacho's after the baseball game we watched...
Time for a big glass of water.
