Yesterday I walked 10,000 steps, but not all on the treadmill. I had to get rid of the seats in my home theater and had the big dumpsters brought to my house by the city. One couch went to the dumpster and one to a sister in the church that wanted it.

But because of the snow, two big branches of the Olive tree fell to the ground at the property next door. So, I dragged the branches to my property, chopped them, and put them in the dumpster too. There was a lot of walking and climbing stairs.

Then we went shopping and there was a lot of walking there too. By the time I hit the treadmill, I already had 8,750 steps under my belt. During shopping, I bought myself a ROKU and installed it on the TV on the wall in front of the treadmill. So, I was browsing and found Leap Year, which is very funny, and watched it while I walked, instead of looking at the watch to see for how long I had walked on it.

Please of cake with no calories! I did not stop walking until I hit 10,000. I was sweating and very proud of myself. It took me 45 minutes because I am heavy and had to go slow. I kept my heartbeat between 120 and 130 bpm.

I have been a bad boy for the past two days. My suggested intake is 2,200 cal per day and I was at 2,310 and 2,222 but on both days I had good exercise, walking about 7,000 steps in one and now 10,000 steps... and I hope it helped. I will try to go easy on the intake.

But I am feeling really good today!
