Tired today, I like to say not every day is the 4th of July, but today actually is - anyway it was a work out put in the bank...Elbow brace is working...went to the beach with the kids yesterday, I wasn't the fattest guy on the beach, actually looked relatively good compared to most of the other men, looking forward to getting rid of this last 20 lbs! Am starting the last push for the next 2 months...
