Got up early, went for a run ~35 min run, felt great! It's been really hot here for Seattle. 101 tomorrow. I can't honestly remember if its EVER been this hot. I know its totally not that hot for places that get that kind of heat normally, but for Seattle its super weird....and all native Seattleites melt. Not to mention no one has AC at home, all we can do is sit in front of the fans and sweat. Anyway, I had hoped to go running last night, but it didn't cool down quick enough, so got up this morning and went and it was a much better temperature. Hope to do it again later this week.

Great job with your run!! Yeah, it gets hot like that here too in California. And we all melt, too. A lot of the older houses, mine included, don't have AC units in them either, so we're in front of fans all day, too. It sucks!! At least I'm in an AC'd office at work during the hottest parts.
