Today has been a pretty good day so far. Yesterday's upset is yesterday's news and today is a brand new day. I did not get my kettlebell workout in or start the 14 Day Challenge workout because we had the chore of bathing the cats. They have really bad fleas and are shedding so yeah. It took 3 people to bath my male cat Zeus...that is how strong that frickin' cat is. It's crazy. Anyhow, they are not mad at me anymore and feel so nice and soft and are not scratching nearly as much. So...yeah. Needless to say, calves and ankles are a bit sore thanks to squatting in a tub of water to help bathe the animals.

Food choices were not as great yesterday but not completely unreasonable so I consider that a win. I do need to make sure to get more protein in my diet though. I did get my Focus T25 workout in yesterday along with my planking. I plan on getting at least those two done this morning before I have to leave and take a test. I suppose I should get up and clean the house and then workout. Need to leave here at 10 am and it's already nearly 9!!

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Cardio today. While I am quite sweaty after this...I don't feel like I pushed myself quite as hard...that could also be because it's that time of the month and you know...squats don't feel too nice during that time. My core though is definitely feeling it lol!

Plank: 15 second plank. During this plank, I made sure to tighten the muscles in my legs, butt, back and core. I figure that is the point right? Plus I really do need to start rebuilding my core strength.
