To Zumba or not to Zumba....? Don't know if I'm up for it. I've felt so tired all week long. The smoke from these fires is killing my lungs. I can't seem to get to bed earlier than 3am either so I know that doesn't help. I did accomplish a lot around the house this week so at least that was a plus. Today, food-wise, sucked. I had no appetite and when I did eat it really wasn't healthy. Just so lazy to actually make anything and I know that is soooo bad. Next up the hoop and I will go another challenge round, scary.
