I actually started my goal 11 weeks ago at a weight of 286 pounds. I try track my food intake, calories, fiber, protein, and potassium daily.

You're going to do it! I'm doing calories, l/f and a weigh in every day. I want to say exercise, but I'm kidding myself. I know I won't until it's nice outside. Too chilly and rainy, still.
