Just got done pushing mowing my yard. Not usually a problem takes about 1 1/2 hours to do and is good excercise. Didnt realize it was 100 degrees today till I got started and heat index of 105. I finished it but came inside and immediately showered and now feel like I cant move. Maybe I can get hubby to bbq:) That sounds low carb and yummy.

OMGosh.... Can we say "What a Workout"? LOL! Hope you can move tomorrow! (I am so glad that I only have 1/4 acre to mow.)

Yes I think I did get a workout and burn a ton cause boy did I get the munchies once I cooled down. But no wont be doing that again. Too too hot!
