Finally felt good enough to go out for my birthday dinner. It was nice and quiet. Im feeling those 65 years! That flu really zapoed me. I did do pump class yesterday. !st time working out in 2 weeks. i definetly felt it...

Shrew, Thanks and we had a nice time. I didn't have Covid. I tested twice and was negative both times . I had that nasty flu. It was the worst! I had such bad birthday day aches and congestion but never had a fever.

Fritzy, That s was the worst I've felt in about 5 years! I worked with young children so I used to get a bronchial thing a couple times a year but when I retired I never got more than the sniffles. This time I felt like my head was a block of cement and I could not get rid of the body aches. I've never had Covid but my husband had it and it seemed similar to that but never had a fever and I tested negative twice for it. Please stay safe and hopefully you won't get sick! 💜💜💜

Diana - I have started taking a claritin daily just to help because that is a horrible feeling to not be able to catch a full breath. I understand on the depression - that is not something that gets to me as I can usually bounce right out of it but my dad passed away a few years ago right before Christmas so I am always thinking of him. My MIL just passed away this summer so it is sad to lose family members.
