I ate my entire lunch at Chinese which was shrimp and broccoli, a side of low mein, fried rice and 2 crab rangoon (mostly just the filling, not the crispy bits on top.) and 2 pieces of sushi. I could only wager guess at the calories. That’s the crappy part about eating out. There might’ve been a half a cup of rice and a half a cup of noodles and there were five or six shrimp. The calories in the broccoli is negligible. The app and I estimate 825-900 calories.
When I got home I ate the other half of my ice cream sandwich(230). So with all that and the apple and nuts(220) from earlier I am definitely over my 1200.
But my fast started at 3pm, so there’s that.
