I'm trapped on the west side of the mountains, away from my food scale and my weigh-in scale. I've already missed one weigh in and I'm going to miss another one on Wednesday. It causes me a lot of stress when I can't weigh myself daily. Weighing helps keep me on track. So, yeah... freaking out a little bit.
