I ate a healthy portion of oatmeal this morning, but had to go to a funeral and didn't get back to to work until 2pm. I noticed that when I wait too long to eat I want to put anything in my mouth to make me feel better. I also notice that I am usually hunger at 7:30 am, 10a, 12p, 2p and 5p
