Made my 18 hour fast. I forgot to mention that yesterday too. Like I said, same food for lunch because I’m boring. Yogurt, granola, salad w/avocado Oh. I had a couple peppermint almonds too cause they were in the break room, but only 2 because they were 22 calories per almond. I did have the rice quinoa bowl at the restaurant I talked about yesterday. It was ok. Would have been better with more rice and quinoa actually. I also had a few chips from the nacho appetizer. Afterwords we went to a strip mall to let baby run around a little. There is a grocery store attached to it and my husband was going to get cookies because I love the cookies from there and I said no, I didn’t want them in the house. And then grabbed a snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich because it was half off and I like snickerdoodles and ice cream sandwiches and I didn’t eat it because it was after my window closed. And I was even debating that today is kinda special and I can have a ‘cheat’ day. But I’ve only been at this 3 days I can’t cheat yet. And I had so much ice cream the first day. So yay for self control.
