Hi,

So basically I am just following the Tom Venuto diet, its not really a diet, just the right way to eat, for weight loss, which was successful for me in the past.

So here's the steps, if anyone is interested.

1. Day 1-3 I follow a low carbs (50g) diet, keeping my the rest of my macros higher, for my age, weight and height.

2. On the 4th day, I can increase my carbs to (100-150g), so I can eat oats in the morning.

This way I won't go into starvation mode, also its much easier to keep my carbs for 3 days, and then just push it up on the 4th day, before I crash and binge.
