My assets hurt!!! Jennifer Alcorns boot camp was tons of fun and one ASSET kicking time...I am so glad I am strong enough to move through my fears, as I would have missed out on sharing this experience with some of my dearest friends! Today at boot camp, we are going to do some boxing...I am excited as I love to box! Growing up with brothers I boxed all the time. LOL Once again I get to relieve a childhood experience; however, this time it is a pleasant one. Yippee! :D
Today my friend is going to talk about training professionally with Jennifer! I am excited for her as I will be at every match; watching her whip on her opponent. LOL I know that is so violent...

I don't know about boxing, sister! My shoulders are on fire from 100 yards of the bear crawls, and push-ups and hopping around on both arms and only ONE leg for 20 minutes! not to mention carrying 40 pounds of sand around on my shoulder! ....good gracious! LOL
