Last night I had to snack on some biscuits since I worked out. I know I lost some pounds (hopefully fat) since I have been trying to follow the Wendie Plan as close as possible; but sometimes, I get REALLY hungry!
Late last night, I worked out on the stepper for 25 minutes and did 15 minutes of upper body weight-lifting. Maybe these exercises made me reatin my water in my muscles more for my weigh in this morning.
I wonder if I lose the same amount next week, will I have to change my range of points I am allowed to eat? I hope so.
