Happy April! Hope anyone reading this also has a beautiful day! Beautiful day here in the Heartland with thunderstorms predicted, though nothing severe last I checked: yup it's spring!!
Averaging about 8,000 steps a day so far this week. Not back to the gym until next week, breathing is still raggy when I get energetic.
Nothing accomplished on my kitchen the last 2 days. I spent sometime outside throwing balls for my crazy pup and pulling dead and live weeds from my gardens, enjoying the sunshine and spring both yesterday and today Simply too nice to be inside.
Eating well, trying to log but using up leftovers so not very accurate. Also sneezing a lot. no idea if that uses calories..LOL.
Not as crazy of a week at work as I expected, I'm loaned to another department that is not as busy due to people calling in sick. Have actually been bored so ended up on this site now and then .
