@ Graceamd I smile a lot. I laugh a lot. I do not look at this as a punishment, but a tool to help me live a good quality of life as long as possible. . I had SLE Lupus and several other autoimmune disorders. I changed my diet and started modified yoga/stretching/meditation and I dance. Not well, but I try. All of my autoimmune disorders are in remission and 2 thyroid autoimmune are also gone. I believe it’s up to each of us to stay healthy. Limiting stress is the biggest positive. I’m extending my life span on my end. . Best wishes on your journey. Take free days and eat what you like. Be honest about what you’re eating. It’s important. Post pictures of your food. That helps abc people are very supportive here. It’s taken me a lot longer as I can’t walk that far. I walk daily, but I use a walker or a wheelchair for distance. I’m an incomplete paraplegic. I am so thankful I can walk. You can do this and do it for you! 🌈🌈
