So I've decided to take weekends off from my diet journal and from thinking and calculating my food intake. I'm not going to go crazy and pig out..I'm just gonna RELAX when it comes to food, on the weekends only. I'm also not going to weigh myself until Wednesdays. I think weighing in a Mondays will just throw me into a depression, can't have that.
