I am back. I am glad to be back. I have been feeling inspired and I have recovered from knee surgery. I really fell off track big time after loosing my brother 2 years ago but it only seemed like yesterday. Well, here is my recap. I was close to 300lbs 3 years ago. Then I came all the way down to 222lbs right before my brother passed away April 2013. Then in 2014 I went I gradually went up to 245lbs all the way until October 2014. Then bam I had knee surgery. It took 8 weeks before I could return to work. I was able to walk but could not jump, move around like I use to. Currently as of today, I feel energetic, motivated, my knee feels like is ready to move and I wanted to set a 5 month goal to loose approximately 65lbs before a planned family vacation trip in August. I miss you guys and I am glad to be back!!!!!
