hey guys!! how is everyone doing?! i don't hear from much of u anymore! everyone is so busy with summer plans.</P><P>my fiance and i took a long walk around our whole area of Philly, so that was some good exercise. oh! and around the corner from my house there was a wire down in the woods...fire trucks everywhere. it's always entertaining in philly.</p><P>had a great dinner last night! chicken with italian dressing and spicy spices (lol), no-yolk egg noodles, and peas. very tasty and fulfilling!</P><P> so as u can see, food and exercise are going well. weight is coming off slowly but surely, and i'm really happy. i really don't have any complaints right now.</P><P>i hope ur all doing well too!

Your dinner sounds lovely. We made a chicken with FF Italian dressing as a marinade last week and it came out great. Your weight IS coming off!! Remember slow and steady wins this race. : )

Dinner sounded great. I know if I looked back at journals I would see, but when is the wedding again? Great job with eating and exercise, scales are rewarding you!
I can't wait to eat meat again. That is the one part of FatSmash I don't like, the no meat. But I have been able to get my protein in with egg whites, chickpeas, etc. Started Saturday so that Sunday I could eat meat while in Abilene on work trip.
