Day 1 of my personal 3 week push. I weighed in at 265 again today. I did really well today. I feel like I got plenty of sleep. I am taking a calcium pill and vitamin pill in the morning. I drank plenty of water today and ate very well. I am doing a 10 mile challenge starting today and I really think that it will help me stay motivated to get all the cardio in for the weeks to come. I am really starting off well and hope to keep the momentum going throughout this whole week.....
