Today got off to a lousy start, I was trying to do some laundry & the washer broke down. Had to run over to my daughter's house so I'd have some clothes for work. Long story short, going over on calories today & probably won't get in my workout🙄 Lunch was fast food, at least I stuck somewhat to the meal plan but yeah, too many calories. Also picked up about 1/2 lb of weekend weight gain, well that's actually not bad. Hopefully will be back down tomorrow, though I admit today isn't very promising. Going to have to make that up for dinner, need some veggies & an apple or something. You know what they say about apples!
