DAY 1 OVER


Well I've managed to get through day one. Like any first day of a diet easy enough but its tonight end of day 2 is when the stomach is starting to grumble, but trying to stay strong.

Ah well its my own fault I've to take such desperate measures.

Only month to my big 50 th Birthday, but its only 7 weeks to son's wedding.

I seem focus but then I have been in the past and I sabotaged it.

So telling myself ONE STEP AT A TIME.

I,ve read lots of the journals on line and Im taking advice from a lot of them.

1) Move more be less a couch potatoe

2) Using exercise bike whilst watching a diet show on tv.

3) Stop letting others sabotage what Im trying to do,

4) Make dates with pals for walks etc.

5) Keep day busy, Ive invited mysel to peoples houses, always asking me but been so ashamed of weight couldnt make effort.

Thats all.

If you are following weight watchers, you also know that you have to keep track of everything you eat and also eat all of your points - you should not be hungry either, no tummy grumbling! Add veggies as much as you can. Good Luck!
