Down a lb, that was expected. This happened the last time I tried this 21-day Fix, the biggest difference will be if I stick with it the entire 21 days, LOL! Day 2 & I tried this "peach cobbler" smoothie recipe, it was pretty good but didn't really last very long, hence the protein bar as mid-morning snack. I had planned to get to the gym this morning (the one I work at, before my shift starts) but that's not going to happen. So I guess I'll do a quick dumbell workout & hop on the treadmill for awhile. My emphasis will be on cardio & ab work, but I can't forget about my arms! Plus my house is a total MESS, so I need to do some cleaning, increase the NEAT while I'm at it. Can't sit on my butt all morning, so time to get busy!

A big thing I focus on is to keep moving! If I'm watching the TV I have small dumbbells and I'm moving my arms at least. Oh well, I like your attitude :-)
