Good thing it isn't weigh in time. I ate a bunch of fat over the weekend. Not good. The weather up here stinks. I'd have worked much more agressively outside if it were better and that would have made a difference. I'll be busy this week getting ready for the baseball season. And... I'm walking while eating my lunch too. Good times.
