I am not proud of how I did on protein consumption yesterday. Traded protein shake calories for m&m calories. Still not sure why I did that. A chocolate protein shake would have been equally as satisfying as the m&ms. But, shaking it off.

Festival of the Moon is tonight. I have no idea what that entails other than a couple of beers. But if I keep them on the low side I can stay "in budget" calorie wise and have an enjoyable spike day on Saturday.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 June 2011:
