Had a real fatty day yesterday since I didnt actually get to cook my own dinner and so was given a plate of FAT to eat - was only going to have half of what was on it :( Felt bad if I didn't eat it and now I've put on 2 pounds (but I didnt measure at the same time as yesterday so I might be ok later!) better luck today I guess!
