I dropped my laptop on my foot last night and Adam and I are almost positive that I broke my big toe. In addition to the plantar faciitis, this may be very interesting in regards to exercise. On a good note I am down a pound...however still up a fraction of a pound from where I started, but since my first scale died right after I started...who knows. I am beginning a low GI way of eating. I hate it, but it worked before if I could keep up with it. I have PCOS and it's the only thing that seems to help.
