Yo-Yo. Lol, up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs. Its funny.
Switching from Synthroid to Thyroid-S, I think it will help me overall. So today is Day 1 and I will make sure to track how it goes. I bought a pill cutter so I can cut the 60mcg pill in half...1/2 pill in the morning and 1/2 pill in the afternoon. Together its 1 pill a day. So far so good, the morning dose did not have any side effects. The better test will be in a month.
Happy Friday Everyone.

Good luck with the med switch. I worked through the same issues. I'm been on most thyroid meds out there.

I also take synthroid but have been pretty stable for years. Once they get it right, it gets better.

The issue with Synthroid is it only addresses your T4 level, not the T3, T2 or T1. I think with Thyroid-S, I will have a better overall metabolism by addressing my T3 level as well as the T4. I guess we will see. I will let you know how it goes.
