third day: I weighted myself last night and found that i lost half a kilo in just a day i hope it is true and i hope it will continue. I added cucumbers and tomatoes to my breakfast and lunch to have more vitamins and energy because yesterday i felt so tired by the end of the working day. goodluck to me
