The quiche I had today was crustless.
things I am doing wrong....letting myself get too hungry to the point where I don't make good choices...just grab what I can get.
Not shopping and having protiens on hand.
need to look for atkins bars. Tomorrow is supposed to be the last day of phase 1, but this week I have not been faithfull and don't expect to see any change on the scale.
I think I can continue to watch carbs, but atkins is not something I can realistically maintain. I miss apples and peanut butter.
