I guess it's time to weigh in tonight. I worked out yesterday and the weight was about the same. I can't do a workout tonight due to having things to do after work. Instead, I did bodyweight squats 50 then 30 then 10 followed by in-office-chair crunches. It would look wierd if I was laying on my floor doing them. I'll do some lunges too. I hope that will suffice for something. When baseball practices start up, I won't have time for anything. I'll get exercise with the kids.
