This has been a good week for me, especially for someone with little to no will power. I've never been one to deprive myself of something to eat if I really want it! I promise myself to find more time to exercise this week. I haven't been using my bonus points, but I know I still need to get those workouts in. A friend actually commented to me this morning that I look like I've been losing weight!! What a great feeling that is!
